1.The acceptable file format is Portable Document Format (PDF).
2.Page limit
- Invited Speaker/ COE Member: 6 pages.
- RA / PD / Graduate Student: 2 pages.

- PDF files must not have Adobe Document Protection enabled.
- Do not put page numbers on your manuscript.
- All fonts must be embedded in your manuscript PDF file. There is no guarantee
that the readers who view the proceedings CD-ROM after publication have the same fonts used in your manuscript.
