IGNOIE-COE:   Tohoku University Electro-Related Departments 21st Century COE Program holds the International Symposium on System Construction of Global-Network-Oriented Information Electronics (IGNOIE), every year. This COE program has three research groups under the principle of NT-IT Fusion as follows:

   A: Fundamental Research and Analysis/Evaluation Technology
   B: Semiconductor Magnetic Optical and Display Devices
   C:Computing and Transport Technology

In this symposium, each gruop and some invited speakers will present the latest research results.

SOIM-COE :   Jointly with IGNOIE-COE06, Research Assistant (RA) students of Tohoku University Electro-Related Departments 21st Century COE Program plan and operate the Student-Organizing International Mini-Conference on Information Electronics System(SOIM). This conference aims at improving RA's ability of discussion, presentation and technical writing for their future activities.
