Presentation time

Invited Professors : 30 minutes presentation + 10 minutes Q&A
Invited Students : 15 minutes presentation + 5 minutes Q&A
COE Members (Professors) : 20 minutes presentation + 10 minutes Q&A
COE RA (Students) : 8 minutes presentation + 2 minutes Q&A

Some important notesF

  1. Each Site manager will prepare notebook PCs for your presentation at the conference. "WindowsXP", "PowerPoint", and "AcrobatReader" are installed in the notebook PCs prepared in each hall. Then you can use "PowerPoint file" or "PDF file" only at the day. Of course, you can use overhead projector for your presentation.

  2. The followings are strongly recommended for COE RA students:
    1. Please bring your presentation files in "CD-R" or "USB flash memory" on the appointed day. Please move your files to the PC during the break time.
    2. The use of one's own notebook PC is allowed. However, it is strongly recommended that the time needed to replace the existing notebook should be short.
