Information for Presenters

Oral Sessions

Time
  • Regular Presentations: 15 minutes (including 5 minutes for Q & A)
  • Invited Lectures: 45 minutes (including 10 minutes for Q & A)
  • Invited Talks: 30 minutes (including 5 minutes for Q & A)
Equipment
  • A projector (with switcher), a microphone, a lectern, and a pointing device will be available in every session room.
  • Presenters are required to bring your computer for presentation.
  • If you are using a Sony VAIO, Macintosh, or other type of computer with a special-format monitor output terminal, please bring a D-sub15 pin conversion adaptor with you.
  • An overhead projector will be provided upon request. If you need any other audio or visual equipment, please send a request for such equipment by email to

  • Please conect the computer with the projector, and check the display during the breaks between the sessions.

Poster Session

Time
  • 60 minutes
Equipment
  • A board will be provided for each poster in the session room.
  • The placement of your poster will be posted at the conference with your presentation code. Look for your code in the conference program.
  • A panel and a set of hooks will also be provided to mount your poster on the board.
  • You may bring additional battery-operated audio or visual aids to enhance your presentation.
  • Please put up your poster before the start of the session. (The conference room will be opened at 13:00.)
  • After the end of the session, please take your poster and panel home, but leave hooks on the board.
