Information for Presenters
Oral Sessions
Time
- Regular Presentations: 15 minutes (including 5 minutes for Q & A)
- Invited Lectures: 45 minutes (including 10 minutes for Q & A)
- Invited Talks: 30 minutes (including 5 minutes for Q & A)
Equipment
- A projector (with switcher), a microphone, a lectern, and a pointing device will be available in every session room.
- Presenters are required to bring your computer for presentation.
- If you are using a Sony VAIO, Macintosh, or other type of computer with a special-format monitor output terminal, please bring a D-sub15 pin conversion adaptor with you.
- An overhead projector will be provided upon request. If you need any other audio or visual equipment, please send a request for such equipment by email to

Important Notes
- Please conect the computer with the projector, and check the display during the breaks between the sessions.
Poster Session
Time
Equipment
- A board will be provided for each poster in the session room.
- The placement of your poster will be posted at the conference with your presentation code. Look for your code in the conference program.
- A panel and a set of hooks will also be provided to mount your poster on the board.
- You may bring additional battery-operated audio or visual aids to enhance your presentation.
- Please put up your poster before the start of the session. (The conference room will be opened at 13:00.)
- After the end of the session, please take your poster and panel home, but leave hooks on the board.
