||Registration Cancellation Policy
Registration Cancellation Policy: Cancellations of registrations must be submitted to icmm2014(at)ecei.tohoku.ac.jp in writing and received no later than May 31, 2014. Refunds of the original payment, less a 3000 yen service fee, will be transferred to the original registrant following the Conference.
Cancelations after May 31 we will refund 50% of the registration fee.
For cancellations after June 18, no funds can be returned.
Payments: The registration to the conference is completed, when the agreed payment has been transferred. Onsite payment is only available to onsite registrants. Payments can be made through Mastercard or Visa card.
Substitutions: Attendee substitutions are possible until June 16, 2014.
It can only be made by the original registrant. Please contact the conference desk to initiate the swap of names through: icmm2014(at)ecei.tohoku.ac.jp. After June 16, a registration substitution will be only possible onsite. The Onsite Registration Desk
will be available to assist you in this case. For a registrant who cannot attend but has already paid the registration fee. Onsite substitutes must bring authorization of their substitution in writing from the original registrant.
