Only LCD projectors with PC will be available for oral presentations. Please prepare a Microsoft PowerPoint file for your presentation under following standards.
| | There will be both a LCD projector and a PC with Windows XP in each conference room. |

Please transfer the file from the flash memory drive to the PC before your presenting session in the conference room. |

| | You must keep your Microsoft-Power Point file with USB2.0 flash memory drive. |
||||||||||||
| | We have the MS-Power Point 2007. Motion picture is available only with Microsoft Media Player. Media Player ver.9 is installed in the conference PC. |

| | Before a beginning of your session, you must finish coping your file. Make a file name "lecture number + lecturer name". |
||||||||||||
| | If you will use software other than the MS-Power Point, you have to connect
your laptop PC to the LCD projector with your cable. Please bring your
cable as well. |

| | LCD projector and PC will be prepared also in the practice room. Please
check your Power Point file at the practice room. |

| | The time allocated for the oral presentation speakers is including 4 minutes
for discussion. The first bell will ring 3 min. before the finishing of
your talk. The second bell will notice you the time to finish the talk.
Please conclude your talk immediately, when the second bell has been rung.
