Professor, Tetsuo Endoh received the VLSI Symposium "2020 VLSI Test of Time Award".
The Test of Time Award was established this time as a commendation for papers that have had a great influence on present from past VLSI symposium papers.
Award paper: R. Kirisawa, S. Aritome, R. Nakayama, T. Endoh, R. Shirota, and F. Masuoka, "A NAND structured cell with a new programming technology for highly reliable 5V-only FLASH EEPROM", 1990 Symposium on VLSI Technology.
The award ceremony will be held virtually at VLSI Symposium 2021 on June 16th (Wed), 6:40 am-7:20 am (JST).
