■ Presentation （Poster）

Please prepare your poster under following conditions.

Brief talk for all the poster presentation should be given on Sep. 13 evening (16:00 or later ～). Present a summary of your poster with the oral style. The instruction for the presentation is referred to “Oral presentation”. Room name for your brief talk presentation is given in parenthesis of the presentation number assigned to your poster.

The time allocated for the brief talk is 3 minutes. The first bell will ring 30 seconds before the finishing of your talk. Please finish your talk immediately when the second bell has been rung, in order to change with the next speaker. There is no discussion time. The next speaker should wait at the speaker’s seat near the platform, to progress the session punctually.

Poster session is scheduled on Sep. 14 (9:30～14:30). During whole session time, you should remain your presentation materials on the poster board. You can post your poster from 9:00 AM.

According to the poster number, core presentation time (1 hour) is defined as follows. You should stay at the poster board to discuss with the audience in the core presentation time.

The author who applied for the Young Scientist Award should present his/her poster by him/her-self during the core-time mentioned above. Judgment for Presentation Award for Student will be also done during the respective core-time.

Poster board size is 180cm height and 120cm width in portrait.

□

Only stick tape is available for posting. Stick tapes will be prepared by the organizer.

□

After finishing the presentation time, please remove your poster promptly.
