Please
ask for the admission application form at the Sendai

materials directly to the U.S. Headquarter. When
you pay with a credit card, it can also be sent by
Fax. Please keep the copy of an application form
at hand after submission until a membership card
is sent.
Since
February of 1998, references by the members are
not necessary for the application of general
member and associate member. Moreover, the admission
application or upgrade can be made online at
the IEEE web site.

I have already submitted an application form but
have not heard from IEEE quite some time. What shall
I do now?
Usually
it takes about one month after receiving an admission
application until a membership card arrives. Furthermore,
if it seems that it is behind, please contact the
IEEE Headquarter directly.
