Due to the limited number of restaurants around the venue, the Sendai International Center, the Local Organizing Committee provide the lunch box for 1,000 JPY at the venue during the conference.
Those who would like to purchase the lunch box, please apply to the “Application for lunch box” via the online system below.

• *Application for lunch box will be available after the conference registration completed.
• *Please pay the fee of lunch box (1,000 JPY) at the venue when you receive the lunch box. Please note you will be able to pay by Japanese YEN cash ONLY.

• * Lunch Box can be picked up in front of Room Hagi from 11:30AM.

Please note that all the applicants are requested to complete the payment of the GEC 2022 / ICRP-11 registration fee. Once your GEC 2022 registration is complete, APS will send you an "order number". The "order number" is required for the following application. If you are an accompanying person who is not participating in GEC 2022, please enter the "order number" and name of the main participant.

• (2) Click “Make a New Account” button on the log in page and fill in required fields.
• *If you already applied for “certificate for completion of Registration to the ERFS”, you can skip this process.
  Please log in with your registered ID and Password from log in page.
• (3) Click “Application for Lunch Box” button on the menu page.
• (4) Follow the directions on the screen and fill in the required fields.

• *If you already registered "Student Networking (Thursday Lunch)" , do not apply.

3. During conference

We will distribute lunch box ticket who applied to the lunch box with name badges at the conference registration desk.

Please give the lunch box ticket to conference staff and pay the fee of lunch box (1,000 JPY). Please note you will be able to pay by Japanese YEN cash ONLY.

Please receive lunch box until 13:30. You will not be able to purchase lunch box after 13:30.

• *Please complete currency exchange at international airport on your arrival to Japan. There are limited places of currency change in Sendai.
